The company BOUTIQUE CHIANG MAI NIMMAN 2 COMPANY LIMITED would like to inform you of the refund policy. The company has no policy to change or return orders for products and services in any case. Unless the purchase of goods and services is an error from the company BOUTIQUE CHIANG MAI NIMMAN 2 COMPANY LIMITED, in such case the company is willing to take full responsibility by returning the full amount without deducting any expenses from the customer.

Product refund period conditions:

1. In the case of customers paying by credit card of commercial banks registered in Thailand, we will refund the money back to the credit card used by the customer for payment in approximately 5 – 14 working days depending on the credit card cut cycle of the customer’s card issuer.

2. In the case of customers making payment via Internet Banking or cash on delivery, we will return the money back to the bank account name which the same name of the customer who transfers the payment for goods and services only. It takes about 5-7 working days.
