Our pet-friendly hotel in Chiang Mai offers selected rooms where you and your pet can settle in comfortably while staying close to the vibrant Nimman area. To help everyone enjoy an easy and comfortable stay, please take a moment to review our pet-friendly policy before arrival.

• A THB 500 net fee per pet, per night applies and will be added to your room rate.
• A maximum of 2 pets per room is allowed.
• We welcome small dogs and cats weighing up to 15 kg per pet.
• Pets are welcome only in Standard Double Rooms and Standard Twin Rooms located on the first floor.
• Pets should be kept on a leash whenever they are outside your room.
• Pets are not allowed in public areas, including our Food & Beverage outlets, swimming pool and fitness centre.
• If your pet is in the room during housekeeping service, please stay in the room with them.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets throughout the hotel premises.
• Please walk your pet only in the hotel’s designated areas.
• Guests staying with pets are required to sign a Pet Disclaimer at check-in.

To make check-in quick and easy, please prepare:

• Pet reservation confirmation.
• Pet Disclaimer with the necessary vaccines to be specified
• Vaccination Certificate.
• A courtesy call is to be given to ensure guests are comfortable and well settled in the room.
